Emily Moen is the key fundraising contact, and oversees communications, marketing and development. A former lending team assistant, Emily has worked for CCLF since August 2007. During her tenure at CCLF, she has overseen the redesign of the organization's visual identity and website, steady increases in foundation and corporate grants, and press for CCLF in the Chicago Sun-Times, US Banker, Shelterforce, and Sustainable Chicago.
Before joining CCLF, Emily coordinated educational programs at the Hilltop Lutheran Neighborhood Center in Wilmington, Delaware. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Lutheran Volunteer Corps, a national service organization. A Wisconsin native with a bachelor's degree in English and Religion from St. Olaf College, Emily enjoys crossword puzzles, and hopes one day to complete a Saturday NY Times puzzle.
