Mark Fick

Mark Fick joined CCLF in July 2005. He is focused primarily on facilitating CCLF's cooperative housing and community arts lending work as well as expanding our suburban outreach. Mark also runs the Project Readiness Workshop program and advocates for green design resources with CCLF's Sustainable Builders Working Group. Mark comes to CCLF with ten years of grassroots community development experience. Most recently he was the Associate Director at the Chicago Mutual Housing Network (a former CCLF borrower); and the Training and Technical Assistance Coordinator at Housing Action Illinois. Mark serves on the boards of the North Side Community Federal Credit Union and NASCO Development Services. He is a founding member of the Stone Soup Cooperative, and enjoys playing the accordion.
