  • Spring 2006: Reimagining Riverdale. CCLF makes two loans to organizations rehabbing housing and attracting industrial development to this inner-ring suburb.

  • Winter 2005: CCLF's 2004 Year-In-Review. CCLF had a banner year on both the lending and capitalization sides. Partnership with Chicago Police CAPS's faith-based initiative.

  • Fall 2004: CCLF is built to last. CCLF receives $2.5 million in equity and EQ2 lending capital awards from CDFI Fund and Washington Mutual (WaMu). CCLF co-hosted NCCA conference in Chicago.
