CCLF Welcomes New Board Member

At the most recent CCLF Board of Directors meeting, CCLF said goodbye to long-serving board member Maria Saldaña. We thank Maria for her invaluable contributions, and wish her well.

CCLF also welcomed new board member Chuck S. Walls. Walls brings a wealth of experience with him to CCLF. As Vice President of Customer Financial Operations at Commonwealth Edison, Walls provides strategic direction for managing more than $5 billion in annual revenue for ComEd. Walls also is responsible for overseeing billing operations, revenue protection, revenue management and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Additionally, Walls maintains critical relationships with state regulatory agencies and low-income advocacy groups. He serves on the board of directors of First Northern Credit Union and is chairman of its Supervisory Committee. Walls also serves on Chicago State University’s College of Business Advisory Council.
